A leading international insurance organisation with a first class reputation for client service and employee welfare. Job Purpose: Assist in the retention and development of existing account and help design implement effective risk, management programs.
Main duties: - Get to know the client - particularly the decision-makes and option formers. Build a relationship with client personnel at all appropriate levels. - Understand the clients business and risk profile, its products, development, structure, financial position, politics, market position and aspirations. - Be part of the team to review the clients risk, management needs - Help formulate an effective and efficient risk management programme for the client - Maintain a high standard of day to day service. Give prompt attention to client requests. Ensure that all client documentation is well presentation. Beware of all major contentious and the general claims experience of the client - Assist in obtaining new business leads - Assist Account Executive in his/her role - Handle day to day correspondence, queries and enquiries - Adherence to company Standards and Procedure - Assistance with credit control of client and underwriters accounts to ensure prompt premium payment - Keep up to date with market and technical developments - Preparation of presentation material for potential clients in liaison with Account Executives Brokers - Provide prompt and accurate technical support to clients and internal colleagues.
