Leading contractor requires a Commercial Manager for unique project.
Location:
Surrey
Remuneration:
£70,000-£80,000 package per annum - based on experience.
Company car or Car allowance.

My Client is one of the UKs leading M&E contractors. They have been established as a group for over 190 years and have developed themselves to be the first choice for advanced M&E solutions.
Opportunity:
The successful Commercial Manager / Senior Commercial Manager will be heading a unique team who are responsible for all main contractual duties on a significantly large prestigious project.
You will join a highly successful team who are responsible for the construction of datacentres for blue chip clients; these are high value projects with values between £20 and £80 million. The successful Commercial Manager will be controlling a portfolio of circa three projects at a time.
This position offers the opportunity for a Commercial Manager with a construction / civils background to gain experience in the M&E sector; therefore allowing them to expand their CV.
Requirements:
The successful Commercial Manager / M&E Commercial Manager will ideally possess:
* 10 years+ Quantity Surveying experience.
* Contractor background is preferable.
* M&E background.
