We are currently looking to recruit a Rehabilitation Advisor to be based in Croydon on a full-time basis.
You will be a registered Nurse, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with some background experience in trauma, orthopedics, A&E, rehabilitation or neurology/brain injury experience or other related clinical setting.
It will be your role to provide Case Management services to clients that have been involved in accidents or have substantial injuries and you will work with them to plan and implement a programme of rehabilitation specifically designed to meet their needs. You will also need to liaise with service providers and internal and external supplier to negotiate care packages and treatment programmes.
You will need to liaise with family, GPs, and members of the multidisciplinary team in order to ensure that progress is made as quickly as possible. You will need commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, good report writing capabilities and be self motivated. In addition meeting and presenting to clients and actively working to attain new business will form part of this role.
