As part of their growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Team Manager/Team Leader to lead, develop and grow a new Team. Ideally leading from the front and by example you will have responsibility for your own billing. Client relationship building will be key to enhance this successful consultancys reputation across the IT sector as will your sales ability to negotiate fees and secure candidates into roles to conclude the recruitment process. Your planning and time management skills will also be key to this role.
Ideally you should have at least 5 years IT Recruitment experience, preferably as a Senior / Principle Consultant for a period of 2 years. You must have achieved billings of 3000K in a 12 month period and have a desire to move into a Managerial role. Management training will be given as part of your own development.
In return we offer a salary to £50k depending on experience, excellent commission to 30% plus an override on team performance, plus a range of excellent benefits unrivalled in todays market.
