They are now seeking to expand their Consultancy teams and as a result are looking to appoint New Business Consultants in some of their key locations.
The role will involve the generation of new business and securing vacancies within the sales sector for the operational team to fill. You should have a flair for cold calling to open new prospect doors with a view to securing sales vacancies for the operational team to fill. You should have strong sales and customer relationship skills to further develop your new clients into key clients. The world is your oyster in terms of growth in your career. You will have the scope to extend your activities into a full 360 degree role, with the potential to grow your own team as part of your further advancement in your career.
Ideally you should have previous Permanent Recruitment experience or sales experience within a recruitment environment. You should be highly motivated and sales driven.
