Job Specification To create, set up and maintain all project information, including within the Windchill environment as required. To identify team structure and all individuals working / booking on the project. To construct a project plan including all tasks, identifying flow, dependencies and deliverables. Discuss with individuals the tasking they have and their understanding of the programme / delivery requirements for their task and their anticipated delivery date and dependencies. Discuss the Project Plan with Management Team and provide feedback to individuals. Validate programme against any additional tasking identified by management but not identified by individuals. Establish budgets and report progress and any variations weekly. Validate time sheet booking to plan weekly. Provide reporting as required to Management Team / Customer including any KPIs. Identify and chase dependencies through appropriate channels. Change controller - write impact statements ensuring F38s are raised (and that they are understood) and commercial cover is achieved before tasking is commenced. Communicating resource plans for increases and decreases with the Resource and Growth group. Support activities in engineering as required, for example, data transfer. Other duties as may reasonably be required within the level and scope of the job. Skills / Competencies Engineering / Operational Management qualification. Knowledge of an engineering environment. Business acumen and commercial awareness. A team player. Programme/project management skills. Customer respect. Good organisational skills (personal and inter-personnel).
