Claims Handler Required - Exciting new role based in Bury, North Manchester
Our client a highly successful law firm based in Bury, North Manchester are looking to recruit outgoing and driven Claims Handlers and Customer Services applicants of all levels.
The role:
You will be the first point of call for all our clients who have had RTA accidents and injuries. It will be your responsibility to handle all calls with accuracy, efficiency, attention to detail and most of all empathy for the client.
You will ideally have experience working in a Solicitors or Insurance company however experience is not essential. It is vital that you must hold excellent customer service skills and enjoy dealing with people on a day to day basis.
