JUNIOR SOUS CHEF, 5*HOTEL, AA ROSETTE RESTAURANT, SURREY, £23,500 The Opportunity As Junior Sous Chef in the main Kitchen you will be responsible for day to day supervision of Chef de Parties, Demi and Commis Chefs and preparation of high quality Modern British style cooking, ensuring that consistency is maintained at all times. You will also ensure that strict hygiene controls are kept in all Kitchen areas when under your supervision and you will undertake any specific function of Kitchen management as delegated by the Sous Chef or Head Chef.
