Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity for a ambitious and committed head chef to run the team at this busy new restaurant operation, the dinning will be a busy restaurant and deli operation with large kitchen team and a food turnover of around 20k plus per week, this is a large busy restaurant with huge potential for personnel growth into a area role within this large high quality company for the right head chef.
Key Skills
Ability to demonstrate kitchen and culinary skills a high level.
Proven leader with a financial understanding land the ability to work under pressure in a high volume busy kitchen
Team player and strong team builder
Fully up to date GP calculation capabilities
A high standard of personal presentation
Confident, professional and welcoming personality.
