The role will involve being the main point of contact for the client and overseeing all the build elements. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop within a team and have complete autonomy on the project they manage. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree and either have or be working towards a professional qualification although the ability to deliver complex projects is an important driving factor. Each candidate will of course have to be self motivated, articulate, a team player and above all have a sense of fun. This company provides its clients with property and construction consultancy advice at all stages of the property life cycle throughout the Americas, Asia, EMEA and Oceania, with over 2000 people operating from more than 60 offices. Our reputation for providing consistently high levels of consultancy services to our clients rests entirely on our ability to recruit and develop the highest calibre staff. Cultivating relationships is at the heart of how we work, to ensure that we can understand our clients needs and add real value to make a real difference. We are always keen to hear from high calibre candidates and we strive to include people from as many backgrounds and cultures as possible. We need enthusiastic, organised, confident and inspired individuals; those who enjoy developing, communicating and sharing ideas and those who are dedicated to our clients, our mission and our projects. In the UK we employ over 400 staff in eight offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Sheffield, Thames Valley and Welwyn Garden City. We are No 69 in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For 2008 and No 2 (a rise of 21 places) in The Guardians Britains Top Employers 2008 list, and are an Investors in People best practice case study.
