Due to the continued success of the nuclear units, Our Client is seeking a senior consultant to assist with the generation of commercial contracts. This is a senior role and the appointed candidate will report to the Commercial Contracts Manager and work closely with our client.
The ideal candidate will already be security cleared to a minimum level of SC although DV clearance would be preferred (see security notes at the end of this job specification).
The role will involve providing commercial contacts consultancy advice to our MOD client on a range of construction related projects within the nuclear industry.

(N.B, Obtaining security clearance can take up to four months or longer. ?All posts on the Aldermaston site are Reserved and therefore all employees are required to be British and will be required to undergo security clearance. Depending on the specific role, you will also need to have resided in the UK or UK soil (BFPO or major UK company employed abroad) for the previous 5 or 10 years. The MoD rules state that in order to have access to this level of information, candidates "must be British as defined in the British Nationality Act 1981".
