There will be an emphasis on pre contract works in terms of Feasibility cost planning and the candidate will need to be able to interpret concept plans to deliver considered and sound feasibility advice.
The candidate will report to a partner and supported within a team delivering a range of projects to our clients, in a fast moving and challenging environment.

The ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in providing robust feasibility cost plans, understanding the issues, risks and choices that early stage cost advice brings and offering solutions to the Client. The candidate will also work on a range of projects within the Retail Sector, including refurbishment, new build and mixed use schemes.
- Driven, enthusiastic, a real team player, with good interpersonal skills, be able to present and liaise with Clients at all levels.
