They are currently recruiting for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor is required within their Aviation Group, delivering commercial, contractual and strategic advice in the UK or abroad. Based at Heathrow the successful candidate will be expected to liaise with other members of the team in aviation and with the company.
Responsibilities:
-- Providing pre and post contract Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services, undertaking own projects and providing support to other members of the team
-- Assist in preparation of financial reports and final accounts
-- Auditing of Contractors accounts
-- Attendance at progress meetings / value engineering workshops / risk workshops
-- Forming part of team undertaking assurance and innovation audits of multi-disciplined delivery teams
Skills / Experience required:

-- Must be competent in client relationship management.
