The Opportunity
As an Assistant General Manager for this chain of high quality restaurants you will be responsible for assisting the general manager with the day to day operation of the restaurant and the team in making if each guests feel extra special.
Who were looking for
*An Assistant General Manager who has had previous managerial experience at assistant level within a similar high quality restaurant.
*A self-motivated and tenacious Assistant General Manager who places importance on high standards of both product and delivery.
*A strong leader that is good at motivating the team and enjoys working within a hands-on role.
*An Assistant General Manager who is knowledgeable of the financial side of the business.
*Not to mention a passion for fresh food, great service and quality cocktail!
*2 years assistant Manager experience preferably with a branded restaurant
