Assistant Manger - Style Bar - Swindon - £16-18,000, live in accommodation available
My client is looking to recruit an Assistant Manager for their increasingly popular bar in Swindon. The successful candidate will be an outgoing person with experience working in high volume, fast paced bar and club environments.
As Assistant Manager you will-
* have experience in cocktails, premium liquor and good quality food
* be dynamic and very forward thinking in your approach
* be a first in class Assistant Manager, at the top of your game and pushing for promotion
* posses some knowledge of P&Ls budgets and controlling costs and stocks and be able to help run a large venue in the General Managers absence.
My client is a young dynamic company well known for their trendy high street bars, which serve a wide range of drinks, cocktails and a great food and are currently expanding across the UK!
As Assistant Manager you will receive great basic salary of £16-18k plus excellent bonus potential of £3k per year paid quarterly and a real opportunity for promotion within 12 months.
