A highly regarded broker in Leeds are currently seeking a Corporate New Business Producer to generate profitable new business
The role includes maintaining a good working relationships in order to retain and enhance the portfolio of clients.
To manage portfolio of clients/introducers to ensure continued profitability and effective cost management
Build and grow new business where appropriate
Ensure technical and market knowledge is kept up to date to enable passing of sound technical advice to clients
Prioritise workload to maximise development of existing client business and production of new business.
To oversee the management and development of staff and to undertake annual appraisals and set objectives for team members in line with FSA requirements
Successful candidates will be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, able to work independently or as part of a team, uses own initiative.
Innovative, flexible, focused and self driven, Individuals need only apply.
You will be communicative and approachable with a broad and sound knowledge of the classes of business, with a proven track record of project management within a corporate business environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, Proactive with Strong negotiation skills and the Ability to adapt communication style.
Clear and concise in written and verbal communication
Candidates will have come from an excellent educational history, Part or fully CII qualified will be advantageous.
