A background in fast moving volume machine shop environment with a strong continuous improvement attitude is highly desirable. Organising and planning machine shop lay outs, Understand and improve production levels, Reorganise skills to suit modern engineering practices to create long term benefits in terms of manufacturing efficiency, employee involvement, flexibility and speed of response.
