Senior Business Development Manager - Sales/Financial Services/Bid Management - London-OTE £140K ISL is actively recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager for a highly successful Financial Services organisation, which is going through a major transformation and is now looking at injecting a new life and attitude into their sales division. Having being heavily Relationship Management driven in the past, with the sole focus of selling and keeping existing clients, they now want to enrich the new business sales team and look at developing a strong and successful sales ethos to the organisation, which can work hand in hand with the excellent customer ethos they already have. They need a highly professional and proven sales professional with extensive hands on B2B sales, ideally FTSE 350, experience with a solid Financial Services/Banking background to take a leading role in opening up a pipeline of high ticket deals ranging from £10K to over £1 million. On top of being a driven and successful sales person, you will help in guiding and managing a small team to excel and learn from your example. You will have to display a range of top sales skills including complex Bid Management and tendering, Networking, Deal opening and closing, Relationship building and management etc. This role will suit a highly focused and driven individual, who has the ability to sell to senior executives in FTSE 350 business. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience but is expected to be in the region of £70,000 basic + uncapped commission with an OTE of £140K+.
