My client is looking for a team leader to motivate and lead by example; you will be responsible for 6-8 team members and will work closely with the Shift Quality Auditor and the Shift Leader to achieve excellent results.
The main duties of this role are as follows:
-- Ensure team are completing quality paperwork effectively
-- Ensure product is packed correctly and to customer specification
-- Make sure staffing levels are correct for workload
-- Complete Return to Work paperwork, clocking on/off issues, new starter inductions, Liaise with shift leader for holidays
-- Ensure Pre-start checks have been carried out
-- Achieve team KPIs and report on this
-- Stock control and stock rotation
-- Promote Best Practice and ?One Team Approach for company
Food industry experience is essential for this role as well as having previous team leader/supervisory experience.
