A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Catering Manager to join this prestigious Conference, Concert & Events venue based in London.
The Catering Managers role will be to oversee and manage operations for all catering requirements taking place on site, ensuring that all events or catered for on time, within budget and maximising profits.
Ideal applicant will a have proven background within the event catering sector and be used to managing events of 3,000+ covers.
Candidate will be ideally educated to degree level and be well presented.
You will be an effective communicator able to lead by example and motivate both permanent and contracted employees.
You will have a strong sense of business acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts and P&L and have the ability to think outside of the box.
