Our client is a major design & build Construction Company with a turnover of £200m. The company operates throughout the UK & Ireland.
The Role:
·Tendering major projects including preparation of full submission documents, developing construction programmes and monitoring progress.
·Presentations to existing and prospective clients

Requirements:
·In-depth knowledge of the construction process with minimum 5 years practical experience
·Main experience required in multi-storied, concrete framed, residential developments as well as some experience of commercial and retail developments
