A fantastic opportunity for a Care Home Manager to manage a nursing home has become available in the Worcestershire region. Having achieved high levels of care year after year we are looking for someone who is quality driven and dedicated to upholding the high standards set by the company.
The successful care manager will be responsible for all operational aspects of the care home. This includes things such as recruitment, budgeting, staff management, training, marketing, compliance management and health and safety. Of paramount importance to the Care Managers position will be to ensure that high quality support and care is provided to residents.
To be considered for this role you must be an RGN with a NMC Registration and have previous management experience. Ideally you should hold or be working towards a NVQ Level 4. You must also have demonstrated experience in a similar role. You must be someone who can work to strict deadlines so time management skills are a must. You must also be someone who can communicate effectively and take a Person Centered Approach to service delivery. You should be able to demonstrate compassion and be able to think quickly and on your feet when the need arises.
