This is a great opportunity to work for one of the most prolific, high street, Style-Bar Operators. They are looking to recruit a Deputy Manager / General Manager designate for their bar in Cheltenham.
**Job Description**
As the Deputy/GM Designate you will support the General Manager in all operations. You will be the GM in his or her absence, so must have P&L accountability in line with the business idea, enable smooth procedures within the bar, motivate staff, give excellent customer service and to ultimately maximise sales.

**Required Experience**
You will ideally but not essentially have a minimum of 12 months experience as an Assistant /Deputy Manager in a fast paced, high volume bar style environment. You must be extremely driven and be a passionate, fun, out-going character, no wall-flowers need apply!
