SOUS CHEF, HERTFORDSHIRE, AWARD-WINNING HOTEL, £25000
An award-winning hotel located in Hertfordshire within a close reach from M1 is looking for a strong Sous Chef as a number 2 to their Head Chef. You would work on and help the head chef develop their Modern British menu. As Sous Chef you will be in charge of the kitchen on head chefs days off as well as supervise and control the work of 7 junior chefs.
An ideal candidate would be either an established Sous Chef looking for a salary raise and new challenges or experienced Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef looking for her/his first Sous Chef role.
The hotel features a 2AA Rosette 56-cover Fine Dining restaurant and a private dining room for 15 seats.
The basic salary for this Sous Chef role is £25000. Accommodation can be provided.
