Licensing / ICT / Specialist Team Leader - Westhoughton, Bolton
£21,000 pa + Commission.
8 hrs/day, Mon-Fri, + Overtime when required
The Licensing / ICT / Specialist Team Leader will be responsible for supporting the Specialist Business Manager in ensuring that all department objectives are achieved and meeting all team targets. The Team Leader will be required to deliver any of the key responsibilities at any given time.
Key areas of responsibility
-- Achieve monthly target set by Sales Manager.
-- Support Specialist Business Support Manager in achieving monthly sales targets.
-- Carry out weekly 1-2-1 meetings with team members. Pipeline and reviews and management
-- Pro-actively work with the account managers to leverage further business with existing customers.
-- Monitor account managers performance and activity on a daily basis. Including call times etc
-- Actively promote value added service for all customers. New BT products and service.
-- Provide team performance and measurement analysis in weekly sales meetings.
-- Provide measurements & analysis in line with agreed objectives.
-- Deliver regular coaching sessions to team members
-- Support Sales Manager with roll out of any new initiatives.

Desired Skills and Abilities
-- To have delivered Staff appraisals, development & performance management
-- A minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience.
-- A minimum of 12 months experience in a Team Leader/Supervisor role.
-- Ability to demonstrate experience of dealing with customers to give value added service.
-- Experience of setting targets against budgets and productivity.
-- Ability to produce weekly sales reports
-- Literate in Excel/PowerPoint/Word
