An opportunity has arisen within our Managed Support Services Division for a Helpdesk Analyst providing support to one of our prime Investment Banking Customers in the City. This role requires a dynamic person who is able to work on their own initiative, adapt to different customer environments, take ownership and provide exceptional customer focused services. The Helpdesk Analyst will be responsible for providing a 30% first time fix rate in a MS office based environment, using Active Directory and supporting outlook. Customer care is paramount.
