A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compensations Analyst or Compensations Manager to join the EMEA HR department of a globally recognised brand. As Compensation Analyst Manager you will support the business by assisting and conducting appraisal reviews, benchmarking salaries and bonus plans in line with annual pay cycle activities and performance reviews using Hay methodology of which training can be given if you have used other methods.
Job evaluations using Hay methodology
Manage salary and benefit survey and benchmarking exercise
Support with annual appraisals, pay and bonus reviews
Analyse and report on compensation trends
Create and maintain compensation metrics/analytics
You should have a strong understanding of analysing Compensation with a specific focus on job evaluations, ideally having used Hay methodologies or similar. EMEA or Global experience is essential so that you can demonstrate a sound understanding of cultural differences and knowledge of other currencies. With your strong excel skills, you will be able to analyse and interpret data across the regions and review the effectiveness, competitiveness and sustainability of the compensation package.
This position will give you great exposure to the EMEA region with excellent support from the department manager.
