On behalf of our prestigious client, a leading agency within the marketing industry, we are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager with experience of working with data, loyalty and CRM. The successful candidate will be working on one their largest B2C UK and European accounts and will be involved in managing multi-market European email campaigns, whilst delivering outstanding customer service and end-to-end projects to brief and tight deadlines. This will require excellent multi-tasking and prioritising skills as well as the ability to communicate well across all levels and departments.
The ideal candidate should have up to two years’ account management experience ideally gained within a multi-channel, direct marketing or email marketing role. You should have a good understanding of the agency process, from taking a client’s brief through to delivery and you should have a creative flair with a good sense of appropriateness. We’ll be looking for a skilled communicator and the ability to instill confidence and build strong relationships with all stakeholders involved, including colleagues, suppliers and clients. A strong commercial acumen, the ability to multitask and prioritise whilst remaining in control and being a good team player are also essential. Knowledge of digital/new media and its potential for communications as well as experience of the FMCG sector would be a distinct advantage.
