Junior Sous Chef 5*Central London £23,000 The Opportunity As Junior Sous Chef in this 5 Star Hotel part of an International Hotel Group, you will be responsible for day to day preparation and service of all the related requirements, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times to the standards required. You will work for the restaurant, which serves a European Menu with French influences, for the banqueting section as well, which can serve buffets or cocktail parties from 2 to 300 guests, also 24-hour room service. You will ensure that strict hygiene controls are kept in all Kitchen areas and you will be responsible with the sous chef for writing menu, training junior chefs. You will work only straight shifts.
