Our client is currently looking to recruit a 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer to join their busy team. The successful candidate will have experience providing 2nd line Desktop Support in a remote and customer facing environment diagnosing and resolving technical issues. You will have exposure to the installation, configuration and support of a variety of software and hardware including Windows based Operating Systems and associated technologies such as Active Directory. Preference will be given to candidates that have a recognised industry accreditation such as an MCP however this is not essential.
