Responsibilities of the role Handling queries from customers on an inbound basis Answering customer calls in line with the schedule Problem solving and direct calls to relevant business areas Providing advice, guidance, services and solutions which meet the customer needs Producing and processing documentation in an effective and timely manner Providing excellent customer service at the first point of contact Maintaining an awareness of company products and services Assessing customer information Spotting opportunities and identifying customer requirements
