Head Chef Italian Mediterranean Restaurant Blackheath up to £24000+bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and passionate Head Chef to join this exciting branded company. Your role as Head Chef will involve training the kitchen staff to the company standards and learning the brand, ensuring company standards and policies are adhered to. The ideal candidate for this position would be a proven Head or an experienced Sous Chef with at least 3 years experience looking for a Head Chef position, ideally with a good knowledge of Italian Mediterranean cuisine. This is a very hands on position in a fast paced environment and requires a strong supervisor and an individual who can work under pressure and handle large volume.
Key Skills are
Ability to demonstrate kitchen and culinary skills
Proven Kitchen Manager or Head Chef with a financial understanding
Ability to work under pressure
Supervision Skills with the ability to deputise for the Head Chef in their absence.
A high standard of personal presentation
Confident, professional and welcoming personality.
