Project Manager up to £65k + Package ref U4111
A market leader within fit-out is looking for a project manager to oversee the management of up to three projects at any time.
The client set up its fit-out division in 1992 and it has since become one of the biggest fit-out specialists in London. Work is constant with projects valued between £500,000 up to £5million. All projects are in and around London with about 5% of all its business being in Kent, Surrey and the Home Counties.
The client have traditional and negotiated contracts, winning prestigious work for its extensive portfolio. Providing a turn key process for its clients, the company will refurbish and fit-out commercial space taking between 4 and 24 weeks. The projects are mostly high specification and offer a Cat A to Cat B service, incorporating personal touches for a more comfortable working environment.
If you have construction experience and can manage the production of up to four contracts at any one time then this is the opportunity you have been waiting for.
The Project Manager will be responsible for;
Managing the production of up to four sites at one time
Having the Site Manager report into them
Reporting directly to the construction Manager
Hold Meetings with the Site Managers to ensure the programme is adhered to
Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to
