The growth is continuing here in the UK and a key part of this growth is the set up of new divisions including Hospitality and my client is looking for a very special person to create and build the new division from scratch.

Are you successful at billing within that sector?
Would you like to set the wheels in motion and one day become the Divisional Director?
How would your Division look? - UK wide or global?
The main responsibilities are as follows:
-- To report on the Division to Sales Director
-- To exceed the minimum standards of sales activities set in the budget and meet targets set by management.
-- To ensure that their own and Divisions professional attitude is maintained at all times.
-- To liaise on a day to day basis with each consultant in the team.
-- To be the first point of contact for team members.
-- To ensure the Division follows company procedures and exceeds minimum company requirements.
-- To generate new business .
-- To research new areas for expansion from the ?grass roots.
-- To co-ordinate all advertising .
-- To conduct staff reviews (with reference to the Associate Directors).
-- To chair monthly meetings with Division.
-- To liaise with other Division Managers.
-- Responsible for the staff morale, motivation and retention.
