My client is a leader within their field of technical recruitment, and now requires specialist business developers to join their Midlands based team.
They currently have a number of locations here in the UK, as well as locations in the far East and Europe, with plans to further extend this strong network of offices by opening new locations and building upon the teams in current offices.
On a daily basis, you will be networking with clients and building long lasting quality relationships, holding meetings with new clients to sell the services of the company and the team, training the consultants in how to hold good meetings with clients and entertaining clients regularly. The role is office based, however the majority of your time will be spent on the road, meeting with clients.
You must have a proven track record within either the recruitment industry or
business to business sales. You will have the personality to suit, be 100% professional and credible, and have the power and confidence to control a meeting, sometimes with a number of clients- usually in senior positions of a company.

The basic salary is around the £20,000 mark, but your OTE will be up to £60,000 for your first year, £80,000 for your 2nd year and £100,000+ for your 3rd year and beyond.
