Sous Chef High Volume French Brasserie Central London £28k The Opportunity This high volume French brasserie is urgently seeking a Sous Chef to work in their very busy yet fun environment. As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for producing top quality food, running a busy Kitchen and the training of more junior members of the team. You will ensure that strict hygiene controls are kept in all Kitchen areas and deputising for the Head Chef in their absence. The ideal candidate for this position would be a proven Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef looking for promotion with at least 4 years experience. This is a very hands-on position in a fast paced environment and requires a strong supervisor and an individual who can work under pressure and handle large volume. If you want to be part of a successful restaurant group which has high standards in a relaxed fun environment this could be the position for you.
