As Reception Team Leader you will assist the Reception Manager in the efficient running of the operation, ensuring the delivery of the highest standards of guest service and the ongoing development of the reception team. The successful Reception Team Leader will be given extensive support & training to enable them to further progress their career
You will-
* Be an organised individual with exceptional communication skills and previous experience gained as a Reception Team Leader
* Have gained previous experience within a good quality hotel organisation, preferably at supervisory level.
* Have a real passion for delivering high standards of guest service
* Be able to demonstrate to cope with a busy workload, whilst remaining calm under pressure
* Adopt a proactive approach to increasing sales and revenue
* Be dedicated to furthering your career within this forward thinking organisation

The Reception Team Leader will receive a basic salary in the region of £15-16,000 and benefits associated with a professional employer
