Position: HR Consultant Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum Location: Hinkley, Leicester The Role: One of the UKs leading Employment Law Consultancies are looking for credible professionals to commence an exciting opportunity as an Employment Law Advice Consultant within new and prestigious offices in Hinkley. You will be confident with your existing employment law knowledge and have an interest in becoming a specialist within a rapidly expanding industry. The Role: - Responsible for providing professional telephone HR Advice on all HR/Employment issues such as; Redundancy, Gross Misconduct, Sickness and Absence Management, TUPE and much, much more! - Building rapport and trust whilst establishing long term business relationships - Ensuring that the HR Advice you provide, is fully understood and actioned - Providing continuous support to clients in relation to Employment Law/HR issues - Offering a consultative service - Ensuring knowledge of employment law and personnel best practise is continually updated - Delivering the highest professional HR standards to a variety of small-medium sized businesses - Advise on the implementation of statute law/contract compliance The role of HR Advisor is to provide commercial, pragmatic, and legally compliant advice over the telephone for all employment law issues generated from over 20,000 clients in the UK. The Candidate: You will be self motivated, computer literate, confident with excellent communication skills and possess a good knowledge of employment law. You will also be well organised and thrive under pressure.
