This growing Unified Communications focused Systems Integrator have an opening for you to join them as a Cisco IP Telephony Support Specialist, a high profile role that will see the successful candidate working with one of their most prestigious, would renown clients.
The role will see successful candidates working on site in West London/Middlesex and working closely with other members of the team and the clients in-house IT staff to work on installation, configuration, upgrade projects while supporting and maintaining the existing Network and Telephony equipment.
Successful candidates will be expected to have experience of working with the following equipment:
Cisco Call Manager
Cisco Unity
Cisco IPCC Express
A strong working knowledge of the following would also be advantageous:
Cisco IPCC Enterprise
Witness
Arc
Tiger
Checkmate

Any accreditations such as CCNP would be advantageous (candidates are expected to be at CCNP level if they do not have the accreditation); any IPT accreditations such as CCVP, DQOS, CIPT, CVOICE would also be advantageous.
