Prospective Recruiters - do you have what it takes


The Company:
My client have been a market leader within the Architecture, Building services, Construction, Consulting Engineering, Facilities management, Health and Safety, Housing, Power & Process, Rail Services, Social housing, Surveying, Information Technology & Town planning markets. Having been established since 1983 and with over 1400 offices worldwide they are looking to expand their already successful teams.
The Role:
You will be working within an established team in one of the above sectors on either a contract or perm team.
-- New business development, sourcing new clients and taking on new jobs
-- Cold calling, sales and negotiation
-- Account management and development
-- Meeting daily & weekly targets in a highly pressurised environment
-- Interviewing, matching and sourcing candidates (either from search and selection, the database or specific advertising campaign) and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client.
-- Liaising with Candidates and Clients
-- Visiting clients on site
-- Team player
-- Providing a superior service to clients and candidates at all times
The Person:
You will have a successful track record within recruitment or a professional sales environment, strong sales skills and, business development experience. You will have the ability to work within the fast paced environment, professional attitude, excellent communication skills, target driven attitude, self motivated and be a high achiever.
-- Previous recruitment experience or a proven track record within a targeted sales / professional sector.
-- Evidence of stable work record, career planning and the stamina to succeed in previous roles.
-- Pro-active attitude,
-- Common sense
-- Hard worker with a strong work ethic
-- Commerciality and a desire to learn about the market
-- Ability to relationship-build with clients and candidates
-- Proactive in researching/following up leads
-- Creative thinker
-- Good organisational ability
-- Team player
You will receive a basic salary of C£16-19K doe with a realistic OTE of £25-50K
