OTE circa £50k upwards

Would you like to take over an existing desk with hot clients and existing candidate base?
My client is looking for an experienced Construction / White Collar recruiter to take over an existing Rail Permanent desk. Your role will involve developing new clients, whilst also continuing to work with existing clients and long term relationships. Working alongside one other Consultant, placing candidates such as Surveyors, Signalling Engineers, Foremen etc specifically within the Rail industry.
This is a 360 degree recruitment role, focusing on all aspects of the recruitment consultant position.
The office environment is boisterous and you will work with a team of highly motivated consultants.
In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive:
Basic salary depending upon experience
Commission - monthly and quarterly
Bonus
Company car/car allowance - depending upon experience
23 days holiday (rising to 25 with service)
