The Role:
-- You will be working within your own territorial area
-- Business and Candidate development
-- Researching and sourcing for both candidates and clients
-- Interviewing and assessing candidate suitability
-- Providing superior service to all clients and candidates
-- Meeting expectations of both clients and candidates
-- Attending client meetings
-- Selling the company specialist services
The Person:
You will have proven success within a professional Recruitment or Search and Selection environment, a professional manner and have the ability to deliver a superior service and meet expectations.   
-- Previous relevant experience
-- Used to billing in excess of £150-200K+
-- Stable career to date
-- Ambitious with proven ability to work within a professional sales market
-- Commerciality and a desire to learn and understand the market
-- Ability to relationship-build with clients and candidates
-- Proactive attitude
-- Good organisational ability
The Package:
-- Good basic salary up to £40K plus OTE uncapped
