As an Account Manager, your role will be to develop and maintain a profitable desk through service and development of existing sector aligned clients within the Rail industry. You will be responsible for fully managing all recruitment related activity in order to maximise the value of the recruitment process to the client and meet performance and contribution targets, working to company specific KPIs. You will also provide a professional and efficient service to clients and candidates and establish strong working relationships with them, developing new business opportunities with existing clients and considering ways of improving services provided to those clients in order to maximise turnover and growth profit through the placement of candidates on either permanent or temporary assignments with those clients, observing and exceeding target GP margins. The Company: My client have over 49 office worldwide and specialise in various sectors including, IT, Health, Public Services and Defence. Currently they are looking to expanding their division specialising in the Rail sector with a Senior Account Manager to develop major key accounts and new accounts, support and develop the team - this is a non business development role but is a billing role. The Role: You will be working within the team as Account manager, developing Key accounts, New accounts, Client meetings and candidate sourcing. -- Account management and development of existing account -- Building strong client relationships -- Filling vacancies within a agreed timescale -- Sourcing, head hunting candidates along with the resourcing team -- Working closely with team, clients and and candidates -- Liaising with new starters, temps and management -- Development of new client relationships -- Attending regular client meetings -- Ability to meet targets in a highly pressurised environment -- Working to high standards and providing a superior service at all times The Person: You will have the ability to communicate at all levels, have an excellent telephone manner and experience of working within an account management, onsite or senior recruitment environment.
