The ONeill & Brennan Recruitment Group have been trading since 1990, we currently have a £60m group turnover and are experiencing significant growth through expansion of our business operations and now have a presence of 15 offices across the UK and Ireland. Due to this expansion and growth we are looking to recruit the above individual for this growing office.
UK offices in Potters Bar (HQ), Central London (near Euston/Tottenham Court Road) Fareham, Brighton, Birmingham, Manchester & Reading. We cover both the Contract/Freelance & Permanent market in Main Contracting Construction/Building, Housing, Civil Engineering, Private Practice Consultancy and the Public Sector.
We can offer:

-- Extra Quarterly Bonus if quarterly target is achieved

-- 1st Year OTE to £50k, 2nd Year OTE £90k +
-- Awarded extra bonus based on the performance of your team.
-- In addition consultants will be provided with a company mobile phone and any other devices (i.e. laptop, digital camera, blackberry etc) that are deemed necessary for them to carry out their duties.
-- The company will actively involve itself in the support of any education or training courses that is mutually agreed upon with the company and that may directly benefit the development of the organisation.
-- All monthly business expenses i.e. accommodation, travel, mileage, client entertainment etc, will be fully reimbursed as part of the companys monthly expense reclaim process.
Benefits Package:
-- The annual holiday entitlement is 23 Days per annum paid on a pro-rata basis. An additional 1 days holiday will be granted after 2, 3, 4, and 5 years of service giving a maximum entitlement of 27 days holidays for employees with 5 or more years of service.

-- Standard Life Private Health Insurance. This benefit will be made available to all employees once a service period of six months has been successfully completed with the company.
