This Networking and IP Communications focused systems integrator have an opening for a senior individual to spearhead their professional services operations due to continuous growth.
Reporting into the Managing Director, this high profile role will see the successful candidate having overall responsibility for the project engineers, on site support engineers, helpdesk, logistics and contracts departments. The Technical Service Director would also play a pivotal role in client communications and the successful candidates would get involved in a number of client meetings with the companys larger, more prestigious customers.
Candidates will be expected to posses the following:
Experience of leading teams of engineers/consultants and will have worked in a dynamic, growing environment within the network services industry.
Strong management skills are essential and candidates will also be expected to have strong customer facing skills.
Candidates must have an appreciation of Cisco networking equipment. Knowledge of Unified Communications (IP Telephony) would be advantageous.
