Our client is currently looking to recruit a 1st/2nd Line Helpdesk Support Analyst to join their busy team. The successful candidate will have experience providing User Support with in a remote helpdesk support environment including logging, diagnosing and resolving user problems. You will have exposure to supporting Windows based systems including Windows 2000/XP and MS Outlook as well as diagnosing hardware faults on Desktops and Laptops.
