Established over 20 years ago my client is a professional services recruitment consultancy with offices located across the UK. The company has developed rapidly with expansions into accountancy and finance, financial services, legal, HR, surveying and public sector markets on a temporary and permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their Birmingham team
The Role:
-- Create and maintain effective relationships with both clients and candidates
-- Source new candidates and expand the company database
-- Research prospective clients and conduct business development calls
-- Take detailed job orders and person specifications from clients
-- Act as a candidates first point of contact and maintain high service levels
-- Manage workload and time in order to produce optimum results
-- Match candidates to clients business needs
-- Mailshot clients
-- Maintain excellent client and candidate relations
The Person:
-- A recent graduate or a graduate with 1 years work experience
-- Excellent communication skills
-- An outgoing personality
-- Ability to work under pressure
-- Self-motivated
-- Should have at least 6 months sales experience preferably in a business to business environment and be able to demonstrate proven target hitting ability.
-- Must be a team player who will uphold the company values of Quality and excellence, Integrity, Achievement, Commitment, Development, Respect, Supportive team and Innovation.
