Design Manager Central London up to 75k + package U65542
COMPANY - An internationally recognised building contractor with an excellent reputation in the UK. With a regional office in London capable of delivering projects over and above £100m in value. Projects undertaken in the past include high rise city centre residential and commercial office developments plus hotels, schools and hospitals.
RESPONSIBILITIES - You will be the lead Design Manager based on site on a project in Central London. The project will be up to £120m in value and you will take responsibility for a team of design co-ordinators. Your prime and core duties will be to manage the design process and chair design team meetings. You will be liaising on a regular basis with the clients support team of architects, structural engineers and M & E consultants.
