Leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a technical support analyst to deliver high quality technical and operational support for all desktop users. You will be responsible for providing 2nd line support to LAN systems, Workstations, Laptops, Servers etc. to pre agreed SLAs and OLAs ensuring these levels are met. You will also be responsible for reviewing current support procedures, identifying areas for improvement and proactively seek out and implement ways to reduce and shorten the number of support calls. This is a fantastic opportunity, with the chance to work on different project teams and travel to Europe providing 2nd/3rd line support for the various sites based abroad. The ideal candidate should be MCSE or MCP certified and have a solid support background. Should have strong hands on experience with Windows XP/2000, MS 2000/2003 Exchange server, MS XP/2003 office suite and knowledge of SQL server. You should also have experience in configuring Windows in TCP/IP LAN environments. This is an excellent chance to work for a leading international company.
