Working in a customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers. You will be handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers making enquiries about finance for motor vehicles. Essentially you will be the backbone of the sales team, therefore you need to be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, a professional telephone manner and also strong organisational skills as some administration work will be required. The hours of work are Monday to Saturday between 8am-8pm. To be successful in this role, you must be able to pass a credit check.
